3 Days of Normal follows the story of straight-laced deputy Bill Morgan who is quite content literally living within the quaint boundaries of Washington, New Hampshire. Bill’s stable and rather uneventful life is thrown for a loop when he finds and arrests a woman, Nikki Gold, passed out in her car from inebriation. Unbeknownst to him, the woman happens to be a popular movie actress longing for some normalcy in her hectic life.

A woman runs a “mistress service” and interviews young women for “dates” with men. Various couples get together but someone is following and watching them.

The second World War echoes throughout the whole Khutsiyev's oeuvre. The director himself did not participate in the war: "The thing is, I didn't fight. I had been a sickly boy, so I was turned down because I still looked like a child. This is sort of like a debt I've been repaying ever since". In "People of 1941", Khutsiyev recites his favourite pieces by war poets and invokes documentary footage.

World of People was a short-lived syndicated show designed for local stations to run at 7:30 pm, AKA "prime time access". It was co-crested by Bill Hillier and other defectors from the syndicated access hit Evening (PM) Magazine. The format focused on a foursome of hosts who crisis-crossed the globe profiling interesting people, events and local attractions in many countries. High production costs (and some say litigation from PM Magazine distributor Group W Television) had Ted the show's demise.
